Medaka Box Second Season green-lit

Medaka Box anime fans out there, rejoice! 2nd season has been green-lit!

This year's 30th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump is confirming on Monday that a second season of the Medaka Box anime has been green-lit. NisiOisin and Akira Akatsuki's original manga series is also celebrating its third year with its third popularity poll.

The story follows Medaka (voiced by Aki Toyosaki), the strongest girl in Hakoniwa Academy and head of the school's student council. The student body can submit pleas for help into the suggestion box that Medaka installed. Together with council members Zenkichi (Yuuki Ono), Akune (Daisuke Namikawa), and Kikaijima (Ai Kayano), she takes on the challenges in the school that include supernatural powers and near-constant battles.

The first 12-episode anime season aired from April to June, and Crunchyroll streamed the season into several countries as it aired. Sentai Filmworks licensed the season in North America.

Nendoroid Strength (from Black Rock Shooter)

From the Black Rock Shooter anime comes a Nendoroid of the character - Strength. She comes complete with her two huge mechanical arms called "Ogre Arm", which is fully posable to create a very cool and awesome pose.

The sculpt on this nendoroid is absolutely excellent. The proportion of her large arms to her body is just right, and her tail is adorable. Her eyes and face are absolutely adorable.

An awesome scene featuring Strength against a Space Marine Dreadnought. Just for fun....
And somehow, Strength-chan got a new toy to play with!
GO there! Destroy them!!!!!
Just realized something cool, when you can use her 'Ogre Arm' on a Dreadnought! Wow, I wonder if the rule say anything about this....

K-on Manga High School, College Edition to End in June

Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Carat magazine has announced that Kakifly's K-on manga will end in June. The high school edition of K-on, which follows the characters Azusa, Ui, Jun and other characters, has been running since April 2011. At the same time, the college edition of K-on (which follows the original four main characters Yui, Mio, Tsumugi and Ritsu ), will also end in the main Manga Time Kirara magazine in June.

Kakifly's K-on manga has been serialization from May 2007 in Manga Time Kirara magazine. In 2009, a 13-episodes TV anime series adaptation produced by Kyoto Animation received positive acclaim from the community and industry; the Blu-ray and CD album releases regularly topped the Oricon BD and weekly singles charts. Its success prompted a second season in 2010, as well as an OVA, Playstation 3 and Playstation Portable games, as well as an anime film.

My Cosplay! part 2.

Cosplay , short for "costume play", is a type of performance art in which participants don costumes and accessories to represent a specific character or idea. Cosplayers often interact to create a subculture centred around role play. A broader use of the term "cosplay" applies to any costumed role play in venues apart from the stage, regardless of the cultural context.

This is some of my recent cosplay gallery, one is an ANBU secret agent ninja from the Naruto anime series, and the other is a Men in Black agent, ready to terminate some alien scum! Well, enjoy...
